Items will be shipped using standard Australia Post. Please allow 1 - 3 business days for us to process your order. Shipping prices will need to be adjusted if you require express shipping or if you would like your item to be tracked. Contact us to get a quote and to arrange this.

We have no control of import duty, customs, or taxes that your country might charge for your package. Please look into your local policies. We are required to declare the retail value of your order on shipment.

Returns and Exchanges
Each sculpture I create is completely unique and one-of-a-kind, made with the love and passion, one stab at a time. Unfortunately for these works of art I do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
If you do not receive your package, or if there is a problem with your order, let me know and we can work together to reach a solution.

If your sculpture gets damaged while in your care (at a cost) I offer a repair / surgery service. Please contact me to make arrangements.
